Default ltz250 question?

I have done it on both our machines. We run K/N filters with outerwears and they breathe much better. The only drawback is you have to clean the filter much more often which is fine with the K/N. I would not recommend removing the box lid with a stock filter.

arent u the kid who was always talking a bout the ltr250. so u got a z huh, is it fun. i think theyre more then what people say they are. especially with the right mods. this is what i did to my airbox. i took the snorkel of and put grating over the intake tube so nuthing big like rocks could get in. and of course duck taped that on. i just drilled a hole near the gass tank on the plactic and zipp tied the vent hose to it, ill try to get a pic up soon
