2004 Suzuki Eiger ?
#1
I have been given a wrecked 2004 Suziki Eiger 4X4 and it is missing some parts, I have ordered most of the parts by finding exploded views on places like ronnies etc but I can't find the bar that the seat latches to. I could make one if I could see one or if someone could give me the demensions. I have always wanted a 4 wheeler, Now that I have one Ican't wait to ride so any help greatly appreciated.

I would really appreciate any help deminsions or a picture. fortunately there was a dirt mark where it set so I know how wide it is so I need to know if there is an offset or if it is a straight bar.

If you will look at the microfiche of the frame you will see these parts. There is a notch cut out in the middle of the battery bracket. I think that is where the seat clamps to. Hope this helps. I just have a little time here at work and looked it up for you.

Thank you, you have no idea how much I appreciate the pics and after seeing the shape I think I will order one and thanks for the part # and where to get it. This is my first 4 wheeler and it is quit a bit of a learning curve. Again thanks for the info.

I hope you get it up and running. I beat the hell out of mine and it keeps going. One thing ive found out about mine is make sure you grease everything. This was my first atv and i never did. I went through a set of wheel bearing (The wheel bearings on these are not sealed so make sure you look at them), and then my u-joint went out and took the yokes with it. GOOD LUCK.

Just an update. After replacing the oil cooler bending the front brush gurd back out and finding the shift ****, battery and assorted nuts bolts and washers my wrecked Eiger fired up and after warming up ran great. I am waiting for the battery bracket to com in and I want to thank jnt3000 for the picks you have no idea how much they helped. I sat the seat on the bike and could not wait for the bracket so I ran it up and down the road a few times and she ran great. Cant wat to be able to take it off road. as soon as I get a Chance I will post some pics. Again thanks to everyone for the info.

Its great to see the response and help you provided above.
When you started having bearing problems on your Eiger what was your mileage? What type of riding do you normally do with it? I have just 300 miles on mine since new and it doesn't get rode hard at all.
