hey anybody know how to adjust the front and rear shock on the z400? only adjustment i saw was a screw on the rear shock that said H one way and S the other. Does this mean hard and soft? also whats exactly is a ressivior? obviously I don't know a lot of stuff about shocks. can anyone explain all the settings to me?
