Hi Guys;
I'm way too new at this hobby to know some of this basic stuff so I'd just rather ask a silly question rather than make a dumb mistake...
I have a 2007 KQ 450, and I'm considering putting a 54" Warn Plow on.
Today a local 'Know it All' went into great detail as to why this was a bad Idea - as such items put too much strain on the frames, front end etc.
So if I have a new Utility ATV with lots of power ... what is the problem? I want to move some snow, will this hurt the stearing, drive train & frame? Or is this guy just full of hot air?

LMAO! I have a 1/2 sheet of steel as a plow on my bayou and I plow up trees! I've even wrecked it in 3rd or 4th gear speed.... slammed into a stump that wouldn't move,,, I went flying over the bars and the plow was turned into spaghetti. My frame is fine. I rebuilt the plow and back into service like nothing ever happened.
That warn plow will fold up like a beer can before any frame damage would ever happen! Buy it, put it on, have fun! NO worries!
