Default 03LTA50 vs 07LTZ50

I need some advice. I just picked up a 07 LTZ50 for 800.00. I had to buy it for that price. The problem is I already own a 03 lta50. Now I have two bikes for one kid. I have to get rid of one of them. I have reasons for both. I would like some input on which one to keep.

I have a week to figure this out. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks

Without knowing if you are going to buy performance parts for these quads, I would say go with the new 4 stroke. A bunch of guys have a huge thread on here. Its called LTZ-50 No Power. Check it out. You can find everything you need there to make it go fast. Also check out ctracing.com, they have parts for ltz's and lta's.

I have both an 03 LTA50 and an 06 LTZ50.
-The LTA has alot of free power to be had by removing factory restrictions.
-The LTZ has factor restrictions, but still has no power after removing them.

-My 6 year old on his LTA ran circles around my 4 year old on his 06 LTZ, even with the washer out of the transmission, and the exhaust end cap removed.

-I bought a Dynatek CDI for the LTZ for just under $200.00, and that made a world of difference. (I'm not happy with Suzuki, you shouldn't have to spend $200.00 to make it run with other 50cc quads.)

-With the CDI the two units are pretty even. The LTA reaches it's top speed quicker out of the gate, and seems to pull better up hills, but the LTZ has a higher top speed, and will close the gap on straight aways.

-I think everybody will agree that the LTZ looks way cooler than the LTA.

Thanks, I have read then ENTIRE forum about upgrades and I know the difference between the 2 stroke and 4 stroke. I guess the problem is I have too much information. I have reasons for keeping both.

Let me change this up. If you could only keep one what would it be.

Keep the LTZ if for nothing else than the looks and the electric start
