Ok heres my question. Just bought an 03 ltz400 has ltr 450 plastic on it looks as good as factory seriously. Built motor, 39mm fcr, web cams, je 13.5:1 comp piston, dynateck full prog cdi, fmf powerbomb header with ltr 450 stock slip on with no baffle looks factory as well, nerf bars ltr 450 sub frame looks factory frame been painted the blue that suzuki uses, but it didnt have the rear wheels or tires the guy was going to part this quad out and i got a hold of it before he did any serious damage. Also it didnt have any tie rods or ends he had aftermarket a arms and put stock back on thats why no tie rods or ends and the bike looks perfect and he said that it had about 3 races on the motor. I bout it for 2000 dollars was this a good deal or not?? any help is greatly apprecitated. I just done know much about these cause ive always had yamaha and ive raced this guy with my 450 and he cant out run me needless to say but it seemed to run a lot better then my other buddies built 426ex so thanks alot.

if it has all that hell thats a good deal but the bad part is it dont have tie rods or rear tires. you should of still looked around more

 

Yeah i would if i was looking for a quad to ride i have an 05 yfz thats bad ***. I just found this and thought that it would be a good quad to invest in. I got the wheels in today. Will have the tie rods all aligned by tomorrow afternoon so. With a grand total of 2300 dollars wheels tires and tire rods and ends how did i fair?

 

well your total was about 4300 so wasnt reel bad but if i were you i would get frame gussets the 03 had a weak frame and it was crackin around the shock mounts

 

well no my total was 2300 not 4300 and it does have the frame gussets i forgot to mention that. soo yeah

 

sounds like a decent deal to me....
