z400 mod questions
What is everybody's opinion on mods for the z400 like big bore, cams(intake and exhaust or just intake). Mostly ride mountain trails with steep loose hill climbs. I'm looking for something that will help with having to slow down on a hill to get around rocks and roots and be able to get back in the gas hard and not choke. I appreciate any help.

Honestly, a simple change of the front sprocket would help with the gearing. If you're just riding for the sake of riding, and not competitively racing, I wouldn't break into the motor. Pipe or maybe full exhaust system, K&N airbox lid, free flow air filter and rejetting would be all the motor work you should need.
But I see you've done all that, except for the sprocket change.
Tearing into the motor means less dependability. If you're really craving more power, a 450 or 700 Raptor may be the thing.

with the mods you show you should be at about 34 - 35hp, to get a little more
change out your intake air boot , should give you 2 hp any way. and another thing
you could do it put in a drz base gasket that will bump your compression up about a full point .if you do that change your rings as well.
the 13t is a very good idea especially if your going slow and around tight coroners
