Default need some help

Hi all,

My bike runs lousy ever since I tried to clean the carb when it wouldn't start at all. When I start to take off the bike hesitates and dies out, or get's going, but as soon as I let off the gas the bike starts to bog down again, and I have to stop and try to rev it back to life. It idles okay, but has a hard time when you are accelerating.

Is it a good possibility that I should have to change all the jets, even though it appears clean and light is clearly visible through?

It started with letting the bike sit for too long and the gas evaporating and water, and so on...
I cleaned out the carb and the jets, but it wouldn't run normally again. I disassembled the carb at least three times and blew out the jets, but it still doesn't work.

check both vent tubes, make sure they are not pinched.
recheck your diaphragm on top part of carb. check for holes and it is seatted correctly.
the fuel shut off valve also has caused some problems, set it so it will have fuel coming out all the time (not sure what the name is but NOT 'on' or 'res'). try running it this way.

i had a problem after a cleaned carb and i figured out the diaphram on the top of carb wasn't seated perfect and was causing a vacuum leak. it would idle great but as soon as i hit throttle it would bog and stall...worth checking that out
