Does anyone know of a way to increase the output in the charging system? I put on off road lights, and it seems to dim the stock light quite a bit.

In a word, NO. The only way to increase the electrical output of the quad is by replacing the stock stator with one rated for more output.

Whether there is one available for your machine, I don't know. I would try a more powerful battery, and wire the lights directly to it with their own relay, switch, and fuse; because the setup you currently have could overload and burn out the stator.

They aren't cheap.
