Bought this vehicle actually 2 identical ones 1/22/05 one has had strting issues at 1.5 miles yes i said 1.5 miles and the other vehcile not a bit of trouble 3 yrs down the road and 4000.00 later vehicle will still not start without pouring gas down its throat other vehcicle running like a stuck pig still like day one sukuzi dealerships here in ohio just have no answers but love the $$$ HELP ANYONE!!!!

Since they're identical, did you try switching parts from one to the other to pin-point the problem?

 

Have you had the updates done? You can get new ECM's for 05 and some 06's.

Battery tenders are a MUST on any ATV.

 

it sounds like you have had it in some water . take your exshust pipe off and turn it upside down over night and then put it back on . the water gets trapped in your pipe and it keeps it from starting ...
