what would win in a drag race a polaris 500 scrambler or a suzuki z 400?

 

if it were me on my z .............i would

 

The Scrambler and z400 have about the same Horse Power but the z is 200lbs!! lighter so I would say the Suzuki should win easily.

 

ide say the z. them scramblers are bulky and arent as quick on the holeshot. the z has more power in that area.

i got my $$$ on the Z..by 4 quad legnths..

 

well I can tell you from experience it is not even a close race...... the z400 is gone and still pulling away when the Scrammy tops out.....

And this applies to the 400cc 2-stroke or the 500cc 4-stroke....... I know since my father had both of them at the same time..... and his buddy has a 400cc 2wd version and I can smoke that thing as well.....

As someone said above the z400 is MUCH lighter.

SORRY BUT IM ONE OF THE BANSHEE GUYS THAT RIDES IN THE MUD AND NEVER HAS TO WORK ON MY BIKE. YES MOST BANSHEES ARE VERY BUILT AND VERY UNRELIABLE.
