Blown rear differential Ozark 250
My wife and I were out riding 2 weekends ago, when the Ozark had a little mishap. Seems to have blown the rear differential. No warning, just wont turn the wheels. The driveshaft spins and when you hit the throttle it spins faster and a grinding noise comes from the rear end. Any ideas?
I've since torn the diff. apart and well no clue what's going as as everthing seems to be intact. I put it back together and put a few bolts back in to attach it to the swingarm again and the now it seems to turn the wheels fine again, well while jacked up on stands anyways. I don't want to bolt everything back up and have the same issue.
Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas? The drive shaft didn't slip loose and it no splines are worn that I can visually see.
