Default differential leak 03 Ozark

Hi guys I got an 03 ozark and I noticed gear oil leaking from the left side of the differential right where the axel goes into the differnetial. I belive it is an oil seal that just needs to be replaced. So my question is does it sound like I just need an oil seal or is there other parts I might need to fix the problem? Also how involved would it be to repair. Thanks in advance!

hey welcome to the forum!

it SHOULD just be seals, but just to be sure, i suggest that you crawl under the bike and take a look at the underside of the diff case and make sure that theres no cracks or chips or anything.

Okay, thanks LT I'll check that out. I went ahead and ordered a couple new seals and bearing so I will see if this helps.

Default seals

I have a 06 that is also leaking from the front where the input shfts enters from the motor. Do you know how to get the nose off? Also how hard was it to replace replace the bearings and such, do they press in? Thanks
