I Need Ozark Help!
#1
Hello. I own a 2008 Suzuki Ozark 250. I have narrowed my search down to two tires. The Interco Swamp Lites and GBC Gators. I have about a 70 foot long swamp to cross and hard pack trail after that. I would like to be able to have enough traction to pull my friend out of the mud and be able to climb up a good size hill. I need your opinion to help me decide!
Also, is the Swamp Lite really almost 4 pounds heavier than the Gator?? And if so, will this effect my power??
Thanks for your input!

Given the choice of the two, I'd take the GBC Gator. Especially if its lighter. Yes "Rotating Mass" makes a difference and requires more power to turn. It is especially noticeable on a 250cc that doesn't have a whole lot of excess power to burn.

I've had two sets of Swamplites and love them. They are good in the mud and yet not too agressive to kill you on the trail. Specially with the SRA of a lighter machine.
Hope this helps.

Great now im stuck again...lol. im going to post another question called Swamp Lites or Gators? i hope you can read well because now im going to list every single condition i need to get through and you tell me which tire would be best....please!?
oh and i found out the 22x11-9 gator is actually heavier than the swamp lite but only by about 1 pound. i dought this one pound will effect the machine but if so, please tell me.
