Sidewinder500 has the right idea.
Asking for help without some input from you is like asking how high is UP!
What are you going to do with the bike? How big are you you? Where are you going to ride? Are you going Hunting, mudding, racing, sight seeing etc...
Got it?
OK Basics - the Suzuki KQ450 is a great bike; lots of power and good speed (for me) with the Fuel injection it always starts and if you are in a high altitude it compensates for the different air pressure, the standard features are great (electronic package) and it adapts well to other functions - like a snow plow. I like the ease of the push button 2-4 wheel drive and the diff lock, the IRS makes it a very comfortable ride - like I said - a great bike
From what I have been told the 750 is the same - just more power. (How much power do you need?)
The only thing that I am less than impressed with is the handling, I find it a bit heavy in a hard turn.
If you can give us more information we can give you more answers.

The down sides to the 750 is that it costs more than the 450, and doesn't get as good of mileage. Gas tanks are the same size.
I haven't seen the specs on the 750 to know how much more it is rated to haul or tow, but the 450's rack capacities are something like 130 on the rear and 80 on the front. According to an online review, those ratings are modest. Apparently it feels like it can handle more, and I fully intend to exceed those ratings with elk meat this year!
Basically if you regularly need more hauling capacity than the 450 is rated for, find out the specs on the 750. They might be the same because they share the same chassis. If mileage is a concern, the 450 is better. The 750 has a headlight mounted on the bars which you might like better. Both weigh about the same because the 450 has more steel parts, and the 750 has more aluminum parts. I think my 450's manual says 606 lbs dry.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like you need a swamp buggy with a truck bed.
