Default Suzuki with no spark

it's Official Fly wheel came loose and took out the magnets epoxyed inside it Dealer decides to go ahead and replace Stator rotor just as a precaution old one looks fine to me. The Question is should a Fly wheel come loose on any type of a machinery car atv boat motor what do ya'll think? and who should pay for this even if the warranty is out

The flywheel should not come loose, and you should pay the bill since the warranty has expired. **** happens.

Default Suzuki with no spark

Was this a new bike?? My guess is that you took it off and didn't properly tighten it back and use loctite.
