I've seen and read a little about this new Z400.

It now delivers the looks I've been dying to get and also has fuel injection, which I'm starting to think might be nice to have. MSRP is only up $200, which is not that bad considering the EFI.

If I have a chance tomorrow, I'm going to try to find out when these should start arriving in dealers.

I was at a dealer this weekend looking at bikes. Would have liked to know when they were going to get them in, but it seems I was invisible and so they couldn't help me.

It does explain why I went and bought a kfx instead of an ltz.

yes not bad at all. and i think the 200 buck increase is low considering how much fuel prices have gone up

Nice to have EFI... makes it just about the perfect trail machine..... but I have to say I like the old z400 plastics..... I just think the old front, with the air scoops was one of the coolest looking sport ATVs ever made.......

The new ones are not ugly though, and I can see why Suzuki wanted to update it........

I like the new look by far.

This has thrown a wrench in my old buying plans for another quad I think...

I think the new Z is going to be sweet! It will be a great trail/ dune quad for a beginner/ intermediate rider. They will be available in September this year.

Yes, I think they have even improved the best all around sport quad even more. I like the looks of the new plastic. I think the 400 engine last a lot longer than the 450's do. If I had'nt built my daughter's Z just the way I wanted it I'd have to go get a new one, but I'm more than happy with the 06 that we have. I have not had any problems at all with her. She's got a Pro design air system with a Uni filter, carb rejett and a Whitebrothers exhaust and it will hang right with my 450R. It has a much better ride than the Honda 450R and the seat is so much better for a long ride. I'll ride the Z over the honda 450R any day. Just love this quad and now thay have made it even better!!!!!!!
