Default Suzuki Eiger

My atv ran fine for about the whole week up untill the last 2 days when i was having problems it would sputter and seem like it would die and go ten mphs full throttle and backfire alot it only works ok when the chokes on but it doesnt work like it should i thought it was just taking forever to warm up but its still having the problem and answers?

Check the float bowl & main jet for trash. If found, install an inline fuel filter.

You might also want to check the carb vacuum line that runs from the carb to the petcock. I would also make sure you didn't pinch the vacuum line from the carb to the airbox.

so today i cleaned the air filter which was really dirty and poured in a full tank of gas in with this carbmedic stuff and it works a lot better with the choke off but its still not like it used to be u can feel it sputter when u hit the gas all the way sometimes it will take off after 2 or 3 seconds with the choke on it will work just fine

Still recommend cleaning the float bowl and main jet and while you are in there you should go ahead and upgrade to a larger main jet. Eigers are jetted too lean from the factory for riders near sea level.

yea me and my dad are gunna clean out the carb this weekend and i was thinking for rejetting it
