Default LT250r Bearing Removal/Install

I have a 1990 LT250r and i was wondering how you would uninstall the main bearings in the case...crank beariing, water pump bearing etc. I am doing a complete rebuild on the bottom end.
Also, how do you re-install these? i dont want to mess anything up.

Thanks

I usually heat the case a little around the bearing with a torch. Once hot (not to hot) i use a bearing tool to pop out the bearing. Works well. if you dont have a bearing tool you can grind a bolt to a point and tap it into the center of the bearing. If you are careful you can re-use the bearing.
To install i heat the case the same way....and freeze the bearing for about 30 mintues. Then place into the heated case and tap in with a bearing install tool. You can also use a socket if careful.
I would like to know if anyoe is out there how to install the crank into the main bearings.
