Help start in gear mod?

Help start in gear mod?
I seen on a forum (not sure if it was this one or not) there was a mod for a kingquad that you could do this mod and would be able to start your quad in gear and not have to put it in neutral... I can not find this to save my life..
Also was wondering if this mod would work for a 89 lt 250 FWD?
