Z400 crankshaft and rod

I waisted the crank and connecting rod this weekend, anybody know where I can get a nice one for not a lot of money. thinking of a stroker

I found a new crank and rod for @260 plus shipping made by hotrods. anybody ever owned one and if so are they any good?
