Default LTZ 90 Help Please

I have 2008 LTZ 90 for my daughter, which is 10. After 2 months, daughter wants it to be faster. We are getting a top speed of 18 MPH. Is this the norm. Or is there something I can do to it.
Thanks

yeah, it is easy. You just need an impact wrench to remove the nut. It shows it in the owners manual. You will be happy with the speed change. Let her get used to that then get prepared to spend some money for more speed.

I'm really a novice. Why do you need the impact wrench and not a regular wrench.

Thanks

Cuz there is no way to hold the clutchs from turning w/regular wrenches.
ALTHO, it can be done with a big enough set of slip joint pliers to hold the front outer clutch face.. Care must be taken as to not break the face..
