I have the 08 King Quad 750. Only about 2 months old with 250 miles. The hard, black plastic cover that covers the shock absorber ( between the shock body and the spring) has worn the paint off the shock on one side from traveling up and down. Their should be a gap of mabey 1/8" all around between the shock and the cover. Mine has a gap of mabey 1/4" on one side and the cover is against the shock on the other side. Is their any way to adjust the shock cover other than takeing the shock off? I can't see anthing lodged between the shock and the cover, like a pebble or mud. The other three shocks seem to be o.k.. Anyone else haveing this issue?
