I haven't raced at Motosports Park since around 1991. I live in Arizona now so I've haven't even been there in years. I've heard Doug Gust races there when he's not racing GNC. I know of another guy who often placed in the top 5 of the GNC 250B class that raced there. It's an awesome track. I used to skip school to go practice there...hehe.

thats cool. what kind of mods do you think i should get on my quad to make it more competitive? i don't have the kind of money for a new frame or anything fancy like that. i'm talkin just normal kinds of mods. i'm thinking of porting and maybe some other things. what do you think?

juggalo, do you race grass drags at all? Last year I raced at Black Hawk Farms. Very cool place! Watched a couple guys do the road course on there quads. I won at both events held there. Hope to see more Raptors this year. Later

Like most people, I've always added motor mods like porting, head mill, pipe, silencer, and maybe a new reed cage. On my latest Quadracer though, I got extended a-arms and axle and it makes a huge difference. Works front shocks help a lot too. When I hit rough terrain or whoops I used to get knocked around but know I can rip through stuff like that with no problems. A carb like the Keihen 38 Air Stryker would help too but get porting and head mill first. I had a guy by the name of Larry Owens, who used to work at Tuf Racing, port my first Quadracer. He doesn't work there anymore but is around. He did an awesome job. I've also been really happy with RRP out of New Jersey.
