Default parting out an lt

i was thinking of parting out my 1988 lt230s but then i found someone who would be willing to trade me a 04 kfx 400 for it then he would part it out himself now the thing im woundering is what do most people get when the part out an entire quad.
the fenders and crank case cover are no good and thoes are the best parts on ebay so im just looking for a rough estimate. thanks

I don't think you will get as much as the KFX is worth unless that guy knows something I don't or the KFX is a total pile of junk. I don't even have an estimate on the exact price but I got my 125 for 50 bucks and the only problems are cosmetic and carburator. I would go for it.

oh good luck I have seen so many different prices for these things, but mostly I would guess about 850 to 1200 is the median for what I have seen out there, and these are running in decent cosmetic shape but definitely ridden and I don't know how much you pay attention to Kelly blue book because sometimes they are way off but it books at $1085
