Default Won't Idle

Hey I have a 1986 LT 125 that won't idle, I have taken the carb apart and blown out the pilot jet and also blown all the crap out of everything. I bought it about a week ago after it sat for four years and the first time I rebuilt the carb and started it, it idled but I couldn't touch the gas or it would die so I rebuilt it again and it wouldn't Idle. Also it kept fouling plugs but I changed the oil now it starts and I can ride it but it won't Idle any Ideas?

Oh yeah the Idle screw is turned all the way to where it should be idling very high

ok, then you need to find the pilot jet, and move it IN im guessing. if its a mikuni carb adjust the jet IN at first. the pilot jet is usually outside the bowl located twords the engine, small brass skrew.

if your carb is clean and the idol skrew is set high i would guess its your piloy jet set too low. if its not that i would say take another look at the carb. mabe a blocked air passage, or clohhed slow jet?

hope this gets you idoling!
