aquired an 89 4x4 4wheeler went to rebuild the carb someone tryed to rebuild it before me i guess and used a too big o ring and banged the valve in and cracked the carburator so it wont idle at all

sooo any one have good one for sale or know of a cheap replacement cheapest i found oem was $159 was hoping for a better price thanks guys

 

JDiMassi the first place that comes to mind that you might find a carb cheap would be ebay , you must check sellers feedback to see how honest they are about what they sell ; thats the first thing to look for what buyers have to say about the seller though !

You can find some great buy on ebay that could save you 1 half or even sometimes a tenth of what you would pay for a new one , but there are bargans to be had out there its amatter of timing ; some longtime ebay sellers that have certain parts for certain brands who sell them alot !

Another place you could checkout is to post a request for someone who may have a carb listing on craigslist.com , buying parts like carbs and other hard to find parts that you would be very expensive are Dealerships ; so it might take a little time and searching to get a really low price for a good carb !
