okay a few days ago i was on craigslist and found a lt 230 for 300 bucks (hard times for some people) . the owner said it has +2MM BORE WITH A WISCEO PISTONS{had recieipts to all parts} and a new bigger carb which i can feel the difference from my stock 250 honda. reason so cheap is bike is beat the hell up ..looks wise... my question is power wise what do you think i can bang with this setup..? and est power ?

 

2mm is max piston size, so if you wear that out, you'll need to resleeve or find a new jug or a big bore kit.

It should have a lots of power. Unless your honda is a 250x, the honda is a dog compared to the quadsport. Nobody can put a number on HP. 20-ish probably.

assuming that youve got good compression, and that carb is set up right with a good exhaust, that bike will give 300ex's a run for thier money no problem.

 

thanks guys for the input ..i picked it up its a nice bike just beat to hell cosmetic wise..i took the 250 out no problem by at least 3 to 4 bike lengths
