Default Wiring Warn Winch to 07 king quad 7000

I'm wiring a new warn winch on my 2007 suzuki king quad 700 and am having trouble fiuring which wire to tap into off the back of the ignition. I want the winch to be able to work on every ignition positionl.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Look under your seat. Use a test light to find a hot wire with power on it when the ignition is on AND off. Be sure to wire in a fuse just for safety.

When i wired mine on my king 700 i also went under the seat and found a wire. but i used a wire that was only live when the key was on. this is so that the winch cannot be used when the key is in the off position or out of the quad. also so that no one can use the winch to steal your quad too.

Well, that's how mine is wired also. Winching with the ignition off = dead battery. But Mr. Aquaholic388 asked....
