Is 2,300 to much for a stock ltz400 (2003)? Bike is in very good shape and looks great. Are there any certain things to look for with this year bike? I know about the upper shock mount cracks. Anything else?

 

That sounds pretty fair to me. My co-worker got one for 1600 but it was trashed, so $2300 sounds good. Those mounts and the rear axles are the only things I know of. The '03 axles had a tendency to snap if I remember right.

 

That's seems a bit over priced to me, my brother has picked up two of them, in excellent shape, in the last six months and he didn't pay over $2,000 for either of them . The frames are prone to cracking so watch out for that.
