if you put weight on the front of the quad does the problem correct?
jack up the front of the atv and check bearings and bushings for wear as well.
if putting weight on the atv corrects the tire issue your shocks are ether too stiff or worn out and need to be replaced

your saying the top of the right tire is bowed out like this? // (excuse my crude picture of backslashes) and if you pick up the front end it corrects?
that sounds like wear in a ball joint or wheel bearing. you need to jack up the front of your atv and check for slop in the tires. if there is slop its wheelbearings, you should replace those as a set. if its ball joints you should replace all 4 of those.
beleave me you dont want to mess around with worn balljoints! i didnt know the lower balljoint on my first atv was bad until i hit 45mph and the tire tucked underneath the atv. it stopped very abruptly and i was nearly thrown over the handelbars onto a concrete colvert... now i check my bearings and balljoints atleast once a season.

yes like // . not real bad but noticable, when you say put weight on it, you mean sitting on the atv or direct weight on the rack over the tire. if i pull up on the rack it solves its not vary much pull either. my shocks are set at the highest setting because of plowing.
