got carb all back together and when i rev it up it wont rev very high (max). then i drive it down the road and it wont go over 10-15mph and takes forever to get there? has no power..i tried messing with air fuel screw doesnt seem to fix anything?? any ideas?? maybe too big too small jet??? im at 1000ft 130 main jet vinson carb back to stock muffler

seems like not carb related now?? maybe electrical ??? maybe cdi? i dont know where to start now at a complete standby

 

Did you blow out the carb vent line?

 

i have blown out everything.......... it runs fine till about 3/4 to full throttle it just wont go any higher and when i drive it it has no power........

 

is the forum dieing???? can u test a CDI??????

 

Check the choke system.

 

now after 3 days of not messing with it or starting it i fire it up today and now today it barely revs at all it literally has nothing this is so weird

Why did you open up the carb in the first place?

When did it last run fine? --reverse whatever changes you did-one by one.
