King Quad 750 Shock Setting
#1
Just purchased an '08 King Quad 750. This is my first quad with adjustable shocks, so I'm looking for some guidance on the shock setting.
The quad will be used for work (hauling primarily), hunting, trail riding and some mud. With 1 being the softest ride and 5 being the firmest, which is the best setting.
Thanks in advance.

hi i just got the same thing lol i got the camo i would like to know too. i plan on using a plow also, i know you should change the settings. i haven't read the manual yet but maybe it's in there. just looking for advice also. did you get a good deal? compared to the 09's?

Ive never had adjustable shocks, but id go with the softest setting. Then when hauling and trail riding and stuff it will absorb all those tree stumps easily and all that stuff. But on the other hand if ur in deep mud a lot then ull want high ground clearence so that would need the stiffist setting.

I think I got a pretty good deal on a green one. I paid under $7k and got a 60" Cycle Country Plow, tubes and mount, also got a 4 yr extended warranty.
I just bought 26" ITP Terracross tires on 12" black SS212 rims (SWEET) for $700 delivered and 2,500# Warn winch w/ mounting for $358 delivered. Both are pretty good deals too.
I think I'm going to move my adjustment to 3, the factory setting seem a bit too soft for what I'm going to do.
