okay i put a new carb on my eiger recently cause the other one well broke..

anyways where is the best place for the carb vent hose thing(the long blacck hose)
it was hanging down the back of my engine then i went through some deep water one time and it stalled.

so i rerouted it up right below the airbox snorkel.. is that a okay place for it? any other hoses that i should reroute??

 

Is it the carb breather tube or the drain tube? On my 230S, the breather goes up by the front of the gas tank, high on the frame, and the drain tube goes out the bottom behind the swing-arm mount.

 

where you put it is fine, u can even route it under the seat and up through the hole by the box anywhere is fine

 

not real sure its on the top half about a foot and half long and pointed up at about a 45 degree angle.
