Default 4x4 Problem/sound

02 Vinson Auto, I put new tires on it, ITP 26/10/12 on the front and I also replaced a bent swing arm..Now when I turn it kinda sharp in 4x4 it makes a popping sound. Any Ideas?

where the cv joint is connected with the rim could be connected loose. does that tire still get power when fourwheel is engaged?

most likely it is loose. try taking your rim and tire off and give it a look. but it doesnt pull one way when your riding does it?

are those the same tires you had on before? i put on 26's and when i turn sharp, they just catch the fender and make a clicking noise. scared the crap out of me, but once i looked down and saw what it was, what a relief. other wise, something like stated before with the axle to wheel or front end part is still loose. check everything you loosened up.

They are different tires than before, but the noise doesnt sound like rubber to plastic. It sounds like metal poping, more of a high pitch ding.
