I purchased an LT80 for my son and it is missing one of the exhaust studs.
I would like to replace both studs with new. I have investigated and the other stud will remove with no problem…

Do you recommend I re-install new factor studs or is there a bolt I can use instead of studs? Seem like a bolt would be easier than the studs.

Is there a stainless bolt or stud I can use?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated...

it shouldnt be too important, just look around on mcmaster.com they will definatley have the specific part you want, in any material, size, head, thread, etc.

 

We use studs cuz bolts wear the hole. I've seen it done (bolts) but not a great idea IMO.
Studs are only a buck or so.
