with good arms and elka, ohlins, or works shocks, an 87+'s handling is on par with ANY honda 250r, and some stock 450's.

I second that, a properly modded Quadracer can smoke 99% of the bikes on the market today.

87-92 have better suspension, a powervalve, and more travel.
