I have a 2000 lt80 that starts right up and idles fine with the choke on and i can rev it up and drive it if I keep my hand over the carb and with the choke on?

already cleaned carb twice and made sure all jets and holes were open, also compression is at 120
Help Please

 

Maybe an air leak...carb area/main seals????
