Default Vinson swing arm

Has anyone ever had the pin that holds the rear swing arm in place ever thread its self out? Mine has only 200 (easy) kms and it unthreaded itself . After a 2 and a half hour haul to go riding, I backed it off the trailer and it fell apart. The bearing, seal, lock, and spacer were already long gone. My guess is never tightened properly at factory, but of course being 2 years old don't expect to get warranty. So, was there any faulty parts in the 07? It was the right side so you may want to check it out if you have a 07. Wife took it to the dealer today and talked to a mechanic that said there is no bearing in it. When the mechanic said that, it's got me wishing i did it myself.
