Default LT250r Compression

ok, my 86 lt250r is giving me some ****.

it has practically no compression when you lightly kick it over. you can cycle the kicker by hand with ease. it used to feel like it was going to break your leg when it was first assembled, and it read around 120psi at that time.

HOWEVER, i hooked up a gauge to it and kicked it good and hard, and it still read 110 or so.

WTF!!!????
