Default Some thing wrong with my 89lt250r clutch pressure plate

[ATTACH]Some thing wrong with my 89lt250r clutch pressure plate-dsc00061-1-.jpg[/ATTACH]The pressure plate seams to be ground down or worn bad on the back side and burnt on the front it was squealing real loud and I lost the clutch half way home what caused this sorry the pics arnt the best

i cant tell too much from the pics, but what does the outermost friction ring look like? glazed?

no the only damage that was don was on the pressure plate even the guy at the bike shop didnt know what happend
