Default Suzuki ring?

Working on a LT 50 and the service manual gives a "R" and "T" measurement for each rings, Piston ring free end gap. Hopeing some one here could tell me what the "R" and "T" stand for.

Not sure but you need to measure ring end gap and the ring to land.

Yeah I measured the ring end gap like the picture showed, but I still dont understand why it gives a "R" and "T" limit. On the top ring the limits are the same but on the bottom ring they are different. What do you mean by ring to land? If you cant tell, this is the first engine I have ever broke down. And all help is greatly appreciated.
