This quad will idle fine but will not go to high idle. The engine will cut out and axs like the parking brake is on. I did noticed i was starting it up with the parking off and thats not right. I do have a ltz90 and it will not start up untill the parking brake is on. I did check the gas flow to the cab and it is in good working condition. I think it is in the electrical side? Can any body lead me in the right direction? This is a 2006. Note this is the second time it has done this and now it will not come out of it.

I would suspect a problem with the park brake switch or it's wiring. The bike should not start with the brake off so if it is, it thinks the brake is on, causing the rev limiter to kick in.
