yup, took the carb off (what a pain) cleaned all the jets and everything and she purrs like a kitten now! runs mint
still looking for an owners manual, the dealerships can't get them anymore, they don't make them. Can't find one on ebay either. If anyone knows someone with that bike that has the manual sitting around, let me know I'll give them $30 for it.

Genuine Suzuki Manuals
Here Suzuki offers almost all manuals, repair and owners, for MOST of their machines......even very old ones. Your manuals is here.....$20.
As for the oil questions. The rear diff, tranny and motor all share the same oil source......and it all fills thru that one cap near the rear of the ATV. It takes motor oil - your preference. I use Rotella T 15w40.
The front diff......not sure what goes in there - I dont have a manual either and my mechanic changed mine last.

I bought this bike without a manual. The dealerships around wont be able to get me one until the end of the week. I can't find any info on this bike on the net. Could someone tell me what engine oil to use? Thx in advance.
the bike wont rev up, i think its not getting enough fuel. It will start on first touch of the start button after sitting for a week with the choke on full. But keep sputtering and backfiring when I try to give it gas. Any ideas?
