I managed to scan them last night using my gfs parents scanner. I scanned them from the clymer and the factory repair manual.

Thanks man thats exactly what i needed the wiring seems to be exactly the same on the 87 as the 86 230e's

 

No problem glad I could help, I got the repair manuals freew/the quad and its the first time I ever used them.

 

the only wire i can't seem to find on my harness is the wire that charges the battery while the bike is running.... any clue as to where i could find it anybody?

 

i know beggars cant be choosers but is there any way you could get another scan of the 230ewiringdiagram pic? I'm sorry it probably seems like i'm being an *******. The only problem is I can't see the wire colors in the diagram, and thats all I need to finish it up.

I've got everything working except the charging wire to keep the battery charged while the bike is running. So right now having everything hooked up is useless bc the battery doesn't keep any charge

 

No problem, I will try and get some better scans tomorrow.

 

thanks man ... i'm not in too big of a hurry. I'm rebuilding the bike from the frame up using my spare frame and I'm still waiting on a few gaskets to get in before i put everything on anyway

sorry man my older brother got leave from the navy this weekend and I havent seen him in 6 months. I will definitly get you a scan this coming week, hopefully monday
