This is the story I recently got this free from my wife's father said it did'nt have any power so checked it over and drained the oil someone put like 5 quaurts of oil in it . I put the required 1.16 qt in and it had good power again, now the spark plug has no tan and it pops after releasing the gas, but when I pull the choke it dont pop anymore. I would also like some info on this carb it has a plunger and a choke on the handlebars and next to the choke on the carb there is this pull out choke could someone tell me how this all works.
