Default Z400 hubs on LT500??

Ive been reading that Z400 rear hubs fit the 'zilla rear axle. Does anyone know if the Z400 front hubs work too?

have heard that you can make them work its not a simple install. On quadracerhq.com there is a thread about how to change it over
