I talked to my dealer today, he says Suzuki IS announcing 8 new quads in July. He also said that no sport model has been confirmed yet, but I have a guess as to what it will be. None of this is based on facts, so don't take my words as correct.

400cc 4-stroke, right out of the DRZ+ reverse
lightweight chromoly frame
dual A-arms up front 8-10" travel
single shock, swingarm rear 8-10" travel
2wheel drive
manual clutch
and of course, Honda stomping speed!
Don't forget, this is only a guess.

Don't forget the other "required" item, electric start.

All I know is that it better be more reliable than the Lt250r or Lt500r. If it is than I might just have to sell my Lt for one.

Actually, i wouldn't be suprised if they make a kick and electric start, like the bike.

Point is Bermbanger, the quad will use existing components, the DRZ motor, and it will be equipped with electric start and reverse, so don't pass it off as a racer and "better than the mighty 250R".It will be a good recreational sport quad. And I am not bashing Suzuki, I own an RM250 and love it, i'm just tired of the atv industry and (consumer) being so wimpy and lazy. And that thing about tower records and the love songs, that was hilarious you must have planned that out for a while huh?

400cc 4 valve 4stroke elec-start and reverse 380lbs+ 2001 Suzuki Q-sport 400.
