Default Clutch Questions - Pics Included - Is this normal?

I took my clutch apart because it was slipping and was wondering if these things are normal?

1.) The coloring is very brown, is this normal?
2.) Notice the center washer, it looks like it has been bent.
Doesn't look like it is effecting anything though.
Should I straighten this out?
3.) How does the clutch disks look? Do they need to be replaced yet?
I have ordered a new set, but just wanted to get opinions.
4.) On one of the clutch disks there was a metal inner ring that fell out.
(Close up shot) Is this supposed to happen?
5.) Is the clutch basket still okay to use?

Going to soak my new disks in oil tonight, probably about 12 hours. Is this enough time for them to soak?

I have never replaced a clutch before and wanted to get opinions from people here.

Thanks in advance!

Replace them when you do i soak them in cluch fliud or maunal tranny fluid you clutch basket looks like its a little worn if your just using regular motor oil switch to atv oil. Why? regular oil is for LUBERICATION! atv oil is for motor lubing and cluch and tranny lube! theirs a differnce trust me and you will get a little performance gain. and use a lighter oil in the winter and thicker in the summer.the ring is just for extra pressure make sure you lock tight all of your bolts.Center washer replace or take a blow torch and heat it up red hot then take a hammer and smack it a few times.

the ring is by some called a jutter spring , others call it a shutter spring , you really dont neeeeed it ,you can take it out if you like ,you can even use all the same drive plates all the way through it if you want to

do not over tighten the nut and be very carfull if you use an impact wrench the nut is rather thin and the shaft is very hard stuff

That basket is in great shape IMO. You can see where the disc's contact but I see no wear.
I use the same steel disc's.
