Default 88 ltr 250 vibrates very bad

Hey guys im new to the forum I have recently purchased a 1988 ltr 250r I have been told the motor is bored 80 over it has a fmf expansion chamber and a dg pipe. The problem im having is it vibrates extremely bad, im talking all the bolts always loosen up. I just recently had to replace the stator cause the bolts backed out and got caught in the flywheel. Bought a new one and 2 rides later same problem. I just pulled the clutch off to check timing. Question is the timing marks line up but isn't the counter balancer supposed to be opposite the piston meaning when the piston is up isnt the balancer weight supposed to be down. Mine is the same when the piston is up the balancer is up. PLEASE HELP

balancer half is up when piston is up so thats right. Mine has some vibration but not extreme like yours. Wonder if you should remove jug and chk piston and rod bearings. Also did you chk crank for any play when you removed side cover?

yeah I checked the crank I tried to wiggle it up and down by hand, on the right side I have no movement and on the left side where the stator is there might be the very slightest movement I mean like the thickness of a hair. I havent taken the jug off I was told it has a new top end in it. I was told its bored 80 over, I checked the compression and its 200 psi which seems like alot

200 psi is alot needs race fuel. should not have any movement at all the problem is the case needs to be split and crank pressed out and in with new bearing on stator side. still think something is not right in the top end
